Wednesday Web Jam no. 69 - "Empathy Tent" with Marc Bolick and anupa dasgupta

We talk a lot about empathy in our world and specifically in the work that we do as creative problems solvers. But, what is empathy, really? What does it feel like? How does one give the gift of empathy to others? In this jam we borrow the idea of an Empathy Tent to pair listeners with people who just want to open up and share, and be heard in a non-judgemental way. Then, we’ll dive into the experience and explore what we learned about empathy.
