Wwj no 50 - Co-creating Patient Journeys with Interactive Cards with Ilonka Coenraad

Together with UXpressia, Ilonka created patient journey cards. The most common question we get when we help organisations map the journeys of patients is: how do I choose the steps? That is why Ilonka created the cardset. The game consist of 4 phases with 6 cards. The cards describe different phases in the journey of a patient going to a hospital. ​
